The SpiralWhen the pituitary in the front of the brain and the pineal in the posterior pulsate and these pulsations meet they create a special Vesica Pisces of energy in the 3rd ventricle of the brain. As the light from above increases to the pineal and as the new gained wisdom increases the pituitary’s pulsations, our consciousness is raised. As the energy changes in the Vesica Pisces of the third ventricle, our reality is able to make a jump shift. Moving into Higher Consciousness entails releasing everything that is holding you back spiritually. The Pranic Tube runs down through the crown of your head and exits near the end of your spine. It is through the crown that life sustaining energies enter your field. This energy supplies the energy Centers called Chakras. They are pyramidal in form with each pyramid having a spiral inside. Each spiral has a direction of spinning. Allow the spinning Chakras to release all negativity. The Spiral contains an incredible power. We are made of LIGHT and our Consciousness is based on this pattern. In our brain the Golden Spiral is centered at the Pineal Gland which includes the Pituitary and Hypothalamus. Gamma brain waves penetrate outward in a spiral motion from the Pineal Gland. The Spiral coils across the Corpus Callosum within the Central Brain. The Corpus Callosum is denser. However, in our current state of evolution this area of the brain is becoming less dense. In time this will bring about biological changes in the Corpus Callosum which will cause changes in the physical body, allowing us to move into higher states of consciousness. The Golden ratio or spiral formation is demonstrated mathematically by the Fibonacci Sequence. Fibonacci begins with 0. Each number is the sum of the two preceding numbers. 0+1=1 1+1=2 2+1=3 3+2=5 5+3=8 and this goes on into infinity. Dividing each number in the Fibonacci series by the number that precedes it produces a ratio of l.618034 or Phi which is the Golden Ratio. Dr. London studied the Labyrinth and said it contained magic because of the twisting and turning which created a Spiral. This in turn brought about a healing because of the PHI, the Golden Mean Ratio that existed within the design.Meg Blackburn, author of Pyramids of Light divides the Spiral into three parts: Initiation, Communion and Ascension. The Initiation is the widest point of the Spiral. Communion is the widest part of the exterior curve and Ascension is the Apex or smallest part of the Spiral.Journey Into the Spiral Rather than just walking through this process, stop in each section, take a deep breath and focus on the Intention. Have no expectations. Whatever you experience will be perfect. Feel your body become lighter as you move through each section. When you feel a SHIFT in your consciousness, move on to the next Section. As you step into the First Space, release all FEAR, Judgment, Anger, Greed, Arrogance, Hatred, Doubt and Jealousy. The Eye of Horus is to your left. It represents the six senses: Touch, Taste, Hearing, Thought, Sight and Smell. In this area, you may get in touch with all of your senses as you awaken dormant feelings within you. The Second Space is Heart Energy. Feel an expansion within you as you experience intense LOVE and Forgiveness, Forgiveness of yourself as well as Forgiveness of others. The Chamber of the Heart is on the left of the path. It is composed of two figure Eights which form four chambers: Joy, Peace, Love and Gratitude. Reflect on the energies of each of the chambers before moving on.The Third Space is the Divine Will, the place of TRUST. On your left, is a symbol representing TRUTH. Trust your Inner feelings as you get in touch with the wisdom and truth within you and the Power that enables you to speak your Truth at all times.10 starIn the Fourth Space, you are now triggering different aspects of your brain. Each level is based on the Golden Ratio This is the widest point of the Spiral. You may experience color, geometric designs, other realities and other forms of living energy. This is the place of SURRENDER. On your left is a symbol of Freedom. Feel the energy flowing through your body, uniting all of your past memories into the NOW. Feel your awareness heighten as you continue the spiral. Become aware of your connection with a state of ONENESS. The Center of the Spiral is just above the Pineal Gland. It is the place of the 7th Sense where the Gamma Brain waves unify electrons and electromagnetic circuitry in the brain. Here you access a Higher state of Consciousness.As you move on, you enter the smallest part of the Spiral. This is the Apex. You may form a RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOURSELF AND THE UNIVERSE. Close your eyes and move into the deep place of Stillness as you enter the Ten-pointed Star and sit on the Meditation Seat. Listen to the HUM, a sound that is your special sound, your Harmonic Signature. Allow your tongue to move to the roof of your mouth. Become aware of a feeling of lightness as you feel free of your body. In this Stillness, feel your connection with all of life.Breathe in Peace, Joy and Love. Remember who you are, why you are here, where you have come from. You are ONE with all of life. When you feel complete, bring your thumbs and fingers together to seal in this experience. So it is!
The Light BuildingChris Long built a rectangular building seventeen feet by twelve feet which is screened in to protect from the mosquitoes in the summer. The words, "Hear the Light, Feel the Light, See the Light, Be the Light” greet you as you enter. The lower section is an outdoor living room where one may sit and relax and meditate. Tall Holly Hocks and the Purple Russian Sage enclose the outdoors. A hammock hangs to the left of the building next to St. Francis and the circulating fountain. The Upper Deck has stairs leading to the top where one may view the entire range of Sangre de Cristo Mountains. I refer to this as "A Million Dollar View!” This offers a beautiful space to sit and relax in bean bag stools or sit at a table and enjoy a cup of tea.
The Tree HouseThe Tree House has three levels. The groundlevel, (Green) is a stone seat two feet off the earth and surrounded by stones. The second level is about seven feet higher, the Divine Will (Blue) and the upper level is four feet higher, the Soul Star (Opalescence). The colors signify the different levels of energy. Each space offers a place to sit and meditate. As you find yourself enclosed in the branches of the tree, allow yourself to remember the playfulness of the child within you. This is the place of imagination, the place to dream, the place to find the still point within you as you connect with your Higher Self.
Twelve-Pointed StarThe Twelve-Pointed Star is the same design as James Twyman’s Prayer Wheel. There are Four Triangles super-imposed on each other, forming twelve points. In the Center there is another large Triangle which holds a Circle touching the three sides of the Triangle. The mysteries of Peace and Love are encoded in the Wheel which represents the Higher Self. You may feel powerful awakenings as your eyes move around the Wheel. As James says. "First your Mind will surrender and See. Then your Heart will surrender and See. Then your Soul will Awaken and Know.” Each Point represents an attribute necessary on the Journey to Self-Awareness.Courage: Remember that you are not your Body. There is nothing to Fear.Patience: Be in the Moment, in the Now.Wisdom: Know who you are. See yourself filled with WisdomCertainty: Know and feel the power of Certainty.Compassion: Open your Heart to Unconditional Love.Joy: Feel the Joy of Knowing what is Real.Clarity: SEE clearly and be Grateful for all of your experiences.Understanding: See as God Sees. Know that the only thing that is Real is Love.In the Center of the Triangle you will discoverMind Illuminated,Heart Awakened,Soul Realized.You may begin your journey into your deeper Self with Courage and move around the entire Circle or you may move at random wherever you feel called to go. There is no right or wrong way to approach the journey on the Twelve-pointed Star. Finally, go into the Center of the Circle and allow the complete Transformation to take place as you find yourself encircled with Obsidian Stones. Yin and YangThis design was created in 2005. It is the passageway from the entrance path to the Labyrinth. The feminine and masculine energy balances into a state of wholeness. Each area has a seating stone where you may meditate. Sit in Yin and feel the love energy. Sit in Yang and feel the Power. Allow both energies to blend into a state of Peace andholeness.A Yin/Yang Diamond shape holds seventh Dimensional energy. In the Center of the Diamond, there is a large Stone. Visualize the Diamond shape and place yourself in the Center. Allow yourself to release your belief in time and space and move into unchartered places where you are freed from limitations. Stretch into the unknown and allow your Spirit to explore the Higher Dimensions.
