Seven years ago, a very large stone over-looking the Labyrinth was formed in a small wall by the Medicine Wheel. This year (2005) we reconstructed the wall and the Gratitude Chair. Only now the beauty of the wall enhances the power of the Chair. I can not say enough about the importance of Gratitude. When there are so many tragedies in the world, we sometimes forget how much we have to be thankful for! Close your eyes and think of all of your blessings: your family, your friends, your memories, your spiritual growth. Express your appreciation by feeling a deeper sense of Love, a deeper awareness of Gratitude. Call on the Angels and the Ascended Masters to help you retain this wonderful energy as you go about the rest of your day. Each day say I am grateful! I am grateful! I am grateful!

The large, sitting stone encased in a stone wall looks out upon the Cretan Labyrinth and the Medicine Wheel. Like a majestic throne it offers one the opportunity to feel the power of Gratitude, the companion of unconditional Love. As you lean back against the stone, your legs rest upon the soil where you may experience the Earth energy flowing through your feet , into your legs and thighs and flood your entire Being with the music of its beauty and wisdom.

I am aware that every thought I think, every word I say, every breath I breathe is filled with Gratitude.
